지식소스 접근방식에 따른 지식활용과 지식성과 간의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지방정부 공무원을 대상으로 지식소스 접근방식이 지식활용을 통한 지식성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 경험적 자료에 의한 실증연구를 통해 파악하였다. 연구의 분석결과, 이론적 논의를 통해 구축한 개념적 모형의 적합도는 유의적인 것으로 나타났으며, 지식소스 접근방식은 지식활용과 지식성과에 직·간접으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지식활용 측면의 경우 지식재사용에는 그룹에 의한 방식이 상대적으로 효과적이며, 지식적용에는 개인 간 상호작용이 다른 방식에 비해 더 효과적이라는 점이다. 또한 추가로 지식적용이 지식재사용에 영향을 미치는 관계가 발견되었다. 본 연구의 정책적 함의로는 맞춤식 지식관리 전략이 수립되어야 하고, 지식적용을 촉진시키기 위해서는 인간적 요소와 출간서적 방식을 제시하였다. 또한 지식재사용에 있어서는 CoP와 같은 조직 내 지식공유 채널 구축 및 학습기회가 마련되어할 것으로 제시하였다.
