결혼이주여성의 심리사회적자원이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향-구직효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로- = The Effects of Psychosocial Resources on Life Satisfaction in Married Immigrant Women: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Job-seeking Efficacy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was find the impact of psychosocial resources of married immigrant women on their life satisfaction, particularly focusing on the mediating effects of job-seeking efficacy. The collected data of a sample of 596 immigrant married to Korean spouses in Chungnam province were analyzed. The findings of the research results are as follows.
First, the psychosocial resources of married immigrant women and job-seeking efficacy had a significant impact on their life satisfaction. Second, it showed as a result of the analysis for a mediating effect of job-seeking efficacy in the married immigrant's life satisfaction, the psychosocial resources effects the noteworthy result statically. Therefore, we could find that the job-seeking efficacy is significantly mediating the psychosocial resources and the relation of the life satisfaction.
This study investigated how the psychosocial resources effects directly on the life satisfaction.
Especially, it examined closely the mediate role of job-seeking efficacy. When presenting the implication based on the result of this study, it's as follows. It's required to seek the policy to improve for the life satisfaction and job-seeking efficacy and to expand the psychosocial resources so that the married immigrant women increase their life satisfaction.
