    Recently social movement researches have integrated two contrasting perspectives, collective-oriented paradigm and resource mobilization paradigm. Because social movement is made of its strategy and condition, it is required to analyze synthetically two aspects. This research tries to explore characteristics of social movement in the information era, focusing on network`s roles. Network is understood as a important tool forming collective identity and mobilizing resource in modern social movement. The korean candlelight protest proved network changed gradually social movement repertoire in the aspects of identity, mechanism and strategy. Furthermore, it is expected that coevolution of citizenship and information communication technologies will more rapidly change social movement repertoire.
