한국판 사회공포증과 불안 검사의 타당화 연구 = Validation of the Social Phobia and Anxiety Inventory

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회불안과 사회공포증을 측정하는 도구인 사회공포증과 불안 검사(SPAI)를 번안하여 한국판 SPAI의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검토하였다. 한국판 SPAI는 높은 내적합치도 계수를 보였고, 문항-총점간 상관은 만족할만한 수준이었으며, 검사-재검사 신뢰도도 높음을 보여주는 등 신뢰도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 요인분석 결과, 한국판 SPAI는 2요인 구조를 갖으며, 2요인은 사회공포증 소척도와 광장공포증 소척도에 각각 일치하였다. 한국판 SPAI와 다른 척도들과의 상관관계를 알아 본 결과, 한국판 SPAI는 한국판 SAD, 한국판 IAS, 한국판 FNE 등 다른 사회불안 측정 도구와 유의미하게 상관되었다. 그리고 한국판 SPAI는 사회불안이 높은 대학생 집단과 사회불안이 낮은 대학생 집단을 잘 변별하였다. 본 연구 결과는 한국판 SPAI가 사회불안과 사회공포증을 평가하는 신뢰롭고 타당한 측정 도구가 될 것임을 시사하였다.
