웹 2.0 환경에서 요구되는 국내 이러닝 교수설계자의 역량 분석 = Identifying Core Competencies of e-Learning Instructional Designers in Web 2.0 Environment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study identified 30 core competencies with four domains including the foundation knowledge and skills, planning and analysis, design and development, implementation and management in order to prepare the Korea’s e-Learning designers for adapting web 2.0 paradigm and technology. This study also put emphasis on supporting learners to share knowledge and encouraging learners to participate in learning process which would be critical for e-Learning designers in web 2.0 environment. The results of the study indicated that the significant gap between the levels of perceived readiness and importance of e-Learning designers’ competencies, especially in the area of needs assessment, evaluation design, and encouraging collaborative knowledge, etc. In order to prepare the highly qualified and competent e-Learning designers in web 2.0 environment, well organized training programs and electronic performance support system could be good alternatives.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 웹 2.0 환경에서 이러닝을 준비하는 국내 교수설계자들에게 요구되는 핵심역량을 문헌분석과 29명의 교육공학 전문가로부터 추출된 4가지 영역의 30가지 역량으로 구성한 후, 국내 이러닝 교수설계자 117명을 대상으로 국내 이러닝 교수설계자가 인식하는 웹 2.0 환경에서의 교수설계 역량 중요도와 준비도 간의 차이를 규명하였다. 연구결과 29개 역량 준비도가 중요도에 비해 통계적으로 유의미하게 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 이 역량 중 시급한 개선이 필요한 역량을 파악하기 위해 중요도-실행도 분석을 실시한 결과, 요구분석 실시, 평가 설계, 협력적 지식창출의 지원 등 9개 역량이 국내 교수설계자가 시급히 준비하여야 하는 역량으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 이러닝 환경변화에 따른 교수설계자의 역량에는 변화 또는 개선이 필요한 부분이 있음을 확인해 주었으며, 이를 위한 해결방안으로 체계적인 훈련프로그램 및 전자수행지원체제의 도입을 제안하고 있다.
