지역관광개발의 제도적ㆍ행위자적 제약이 민간투자에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Regional Tourism Development Policy and Actor Constraints on Private Investment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 지역관광개발에서 제도적 제약과 행위자적 제약이 민간투자에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 제도적 제약은 관광개발정책집행의 부실에서 오는 제약이며, 행위자적 제약은 관광개발과 관련된 다양한 이해집단간 갈등에서 발생하는 제약이다. 수익성 및 사업성결여를 매개로 하여 제도적 제약과 행위자적 제약이 민간투자미흡을 설명하는 구조모형을 설정하고 모형의 적합성을 검증하였다. 전문가 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 한 모델검증결과 모델은 적합한 것으로 판단되었는데. 본 논문에서는 검증된 모델의 세부적 분석과 함께 분석결과가 지역관광개발에 주는 시사점을 논의하였다. 본 논문은 지역관광개발 제약요인의 특성을 파악하고 개념을 정립하였으며 민간투자미흡을 설명하는 구조모형을 검증하였다는데 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural effects of two regional tourism development constraints: policy and actor constraints on the lack of private investment. A policy constraint is a barrier to the proper implementation of tourism development policy and an actor constraint is a barrier to stakeholder related tourism development. This study is based on a model using unprofitability as a parameter to analyze the effect of these two basic constraints and the lack of private investment. In estimating structural equations, the overall fit to measure recorded a high degree of matching. The structural model was validated through a questionnaire survey completed by a tourism expert group.
There were implications about the analysis of constraint factors to validate this structural model for regional tourism development. Accordingly, the structural model of constraints was empirically valid proven to be affected by the lack of private investment as predicted by the model. In addition, it was in identifying the characteristics of regional tourism development policy and actor constraints and in establishing a definition. The limitation of this study is measurement of the variables by an indirect survey of a group of tourism development experts.
