ASP기업서비스에 대한 Enterprise Portal 서비스 모형 및 요구사항 = Model and Requirements for Enterprise Portal

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 소프트웨어임대사업모델(Application Service Provider 이하 ASP) 중 기업을 대상으로 한 서비스 시스템에서 엔터프라이즈포털(Enterprise Portal)의 적용모형을 제시하고, 해당 서비스 모형을 충족하기 위한 요구기능에 관하여 논하였다.
ASP사업모델에 엔터프라이즈 포털을 적용하기 위한 조건을 도출하기 위해, 포털의 개념 및 인터넷 포털과 엔터프라이즈 포털의 내용과 차이점을 제기하고, 엔터프라이즈 포털의 기능구성과 기술기반을 분석하였다. 이 연구는 ASP사업모델에 있어서의 포털의 특성은 인터넷 포털과 엔터프라이즈 포털의 특성을 모두 요구하는 바, 요구사항을 정의하기 위한 전제조건으로 제시하였다.
본 연구는 엔터프라이즈 포털을 혁신적인 비즈니스 모델로 주목받았던 ASP사업모델이 시장에 적응하지 못하는 위기상황에 대한 새로운 기술적용 모델로의 가능성을 제시하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 ASP서비스의 새로운 서비스 모형으로 독립도메인의 협업서비스로서 온라인 가상기업의 생성과 활동을 지원하는 토털 솔루션 포털로서 엔터프라이즈 포털의 요구기능을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 엔터프라이즈 포털의 기능적/기술적 특징에 대해 다양한 리서치 자료를 분석하였으며, 엔터프라이즈 포털의 주요 제품을 분석하고 제품별 특성과 기능을 구체적으로 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis define functional requirements for Coporate Application Service Provider(ASP) business model. Also this thesis provide a Service model of the Enterprise Portal in the service system for enterprises among Application Service Providers while analyzing the requirements to satisfy applicable service model.
I presented the concept of portal and the differences between internet portal and enterprise portal in order to derive applicable conditions of the enterprise portal to ASP business model. I also analyzed the function structure and basic technology of the Enterprise Portal. This is prerequisite to define requirements of the system since the characteristics of the portal in the ASP business model requires both an internet portal and an enterprise portal’s features.
This thesis have the purpose of presenting the possibility of the Enterprise Portal as new applicable technology model to overcome the situation that the ASP, which was considered an epochal business model, was not adapted itself to the market.
In terms with this possibility, the requirements of the Enterprise Portal as a total solution portal, which supports the formation and performances of online virtual orgarnization based on an independent domain, are presented in this thesis.
The thesis was based on a broad research about the Enterprise Portal’s functional and technological characteristics and products’ features and functions are presented through a thorough analysis of the major products.
