Recently financial intermediaries put stresses on the stability and profitability in supplying credits to borrowers. As a result increasing number of borrowers have difficulties in accessing to their credits. To ease their financial constraints regional financial intermediaries are required to play their roles more actively. But they are not only prepared to do so, but do not have competitive powers. This paper tackles such problems in the Busan financial markets and explains the tasks of the provincial anks.
