해외진출 국내 정보통신 중소기업의 동태적 역량과 영향요인에 관한 연구 = The Influence Factors of Dynamic Capabilities in Oversea Korean SME's

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 보유자원이 부족한 중소기업이 해외시장에 진출해서 지속적으로 성장 발전할 수 있는 원동력으로서 동태적 역량에 초점을 맞추어 살펴보았다. 정보통신산업처럼 급변하는 기업환경 속에서 기업들이 생존 발전하기 위해서는 기업의 보유자원의 크기도 중요하지만, 급변하는 환경에 맞추어 새롭게 자원을 획득, 통합 및 활용해 나갈 수 있는 능력에 달려 있기 때문이다.
한편 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 해외진출 중소기업의 동태적 역량에 미치는 영향요인을 경영자의 지식기반과 관계기반 자원 측면에서 파악하였다. 즉, 경영자의 국제경험이 많을수록, 기업가정신이 높을수록, 또한 흡수능력이 높을수록 해외진출 중소기업의 동태적 역량은 높아질 것으로 파악하였다. 뿐만 아니라 해외진출 중소기업의 관계기반 자원이 풍부할수록 즉, 현지파트너기업과의 관계에 구축된 관계 자본과 인지자본이 높을수록 동태적 역량이 높아질 것으로 파악하였다.
해외 진출 한 국내 정보통신 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석결과, 대부분 본 연구가설을 지지하는 것으로 나타나, 해외진출 중소기업의 동태적 역량강화에 있어서 중소기업 경영자의 지식기반자원과 관계기반 자원이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to illustrate the role of dynamic capabilities in the international growth of SMEs. In the turbulent environment such as ICT industry, it is very important to have not only the size of resources but also dynamic capabilities to address changing environment, which will be able to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences.
This study looks at the knowledge base and the relation base resource as the factors which influence dynamic capabilities in the international growth of SMEs. In other words, the more international experience the CEOs have and the higher entrepreneurship and absorptive capabilities SMEs have, the higher dynamic capabilities they will have. It found out that if SMEs have more relation base resources such as relation capital and cognitive capital, their dynamic capabilities will increase.
It proves that the results of the empirical tests that use data from Korea-based SMEs support my research hyper-thesis. In conclusion, our findings confirm that knowledge base and relational base resources are positively associated with dynamic capabilities.
