The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of current sports ethics education from the perspective of sports leaders with disabilities and to suggest future directions for education. To this end, through in-depth interviews with 10 sports leaders with disabilities who are guiding daily sports activities for the disabled in the field, we aim toidentify the ethical and educational problems that sports leaders with disabilities are actually facing. Weprovide foundationaldata toimproveeducational programs and the direction of educational content that can be more practical and applicable to sports leaders with disabilities in the future. The research results are as follows. First, offline (face-to-face) education should be more active. Second, it is to reduce the time for leaders to complete training and to equalize the time for all educational subjects, including athletes, leaders, executives, judges, and parents. Third, it is essential to implement separate education for each target in sports ethics education. Fourth, it is to improve the quality of sports ethics education content tailored to each field.
