국문 초록 (Abstract)

영문초록: The main purpose of this thesis is to make an attempt to improve The Registry System of Real estate for preventing accidents in practical purchase and sale of real estate caused by defects in the Register of which are due to defectiveness of existing registry system. To achieve the purpose mentioned above, have tried to take accurate understandings of provisions of The Law of Reality and The Law of Registry System of Real estate together with grasping and analizing the problems of existing Registry System of Real estate. Have concluded this thesis that complements of substantial provisions regarding alteration of The Real Right of real estate, the unification of registers of real estate, the unification of a register and a terrier of real estate, the improvement of notarization system of original documents for registration of real estate and the official recognition of registration of real estate should be accomplished for preventing trantaction accidents of real estate, and as practical purchase and sale of real estate requires high level of legal knowledges and sufficient experiences, it is required keenly to introduce The Analyzer-System of Right of real estate and The Broker-System in real estate transaction which are systematized generally in foreign countries
