국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 통합보육 경험의 유무에 따른 보육교사의 인식을 살펴보았으며, 그 결과 통합보육에 대한 기본적인 관심과 통합보육에 있어서 보육교사의 역할에 대한 인식은 유의미한 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 통합보육 실행에 있어서의 문제점에 대한 인식과 통합보육을 위한 편의시설 및 설비에 대한 인식은 유의미한 인식의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 통합보육의 효과성에 대한 인식, 통합보육을 위한 환경에 대한 인식은 항목별로 일부분에서 유의미한 인식의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
또한 설문지 전체항목의 평균점이 높게 나타나 통합보육에 대한 보육교사들의 인식수준은 높았으며, 긍정적인 요인으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과가 통합보육의 활성화를 위한 방안을 강구하는데 있어서 기초자료로 활용되기를 바라며, 지속적인 연구의 필요성 등을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study shows the teacher's perceptions of the integrated child care depending on the teacher’s experiences in child care. The results of the st udyare as follows. First, there is statistically difference between experienced and unexperienced teachers of the integrated child care toward the basic interests of teachers and the teacher’s role in child care. Second, there is no statistically difference of teacher's perceptions toward the management problems, the supporting equipments, and facilities of the integrated child care system. Third, there are statistically differences, but not all items, of effectiveness, environmental factors in terms of experiences of integrated child care. Besides, the study indicates that the general score of integrated child care for teachers's perception are substantially high, it would be positive factor to success of the integrated child care in the future. In addition, this study suggests the improvement of policies of laws for the integrated child care as well as increasing networks of local welfare systems. Finally, the study contribute to develop the further study of the integrated child care and the useful data for practician, teacher, or social worker.
