There are a lot of reports that Integrated Education could have positive effect, in terms of their development, on both normal kids and disabled ones due to the features of infancy. The objectives of this research is to analyze the factors to successful operation, through field investigation in the classrooms where the integrated education is being done and finally to use them as basic information for future. The methods for this research are participating observation and in-depth interview the results were analyzed by transcription. Throughout our research, lack of the curriculum and instructors' training for integrated education was noticed, and disabled infants' aquisition ability on the basic techniques for living was generally very low. However, integrated educators had strong belief on the positive effect and active operation was being performed. Also, differently from our expectation, active interaction between normal kids and disabled was not observed. Meantime, no hostility was noticed and normal kids seemed to be understanding their disabled classmates. Therefore, in order for integrated education to be successful, first, sufficient training for teachers, advance preparation of disabled child for integrated education, and unbiased education curriculum should be discussed.
