자폐스펙트럼 장애의 기초정보처리 결함 고찰

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 자폐 스펙트럼 장애의 기초정보처리 특성에 초점을 두고 최근 연구결과들을 고찰하였다. 고찰 결과, 자폐스펙트럼 장애 집단의 기초정보처리 결함은 불필요한 자극을 선별적으로 처리하지 못하는데 주요 원인이 있다는 결론에 도달하였다. 특히 신호 잡음 비율 이론을 통하여 자폐스펙트럼 장애집단에서 보이는 단순자극에 대한 과민성과 복잡자극에 대한 둔감성을 모두 설명할 수 있었다. 억제기제 결함을 토대로 자폐스펙트럼 장애에 대한 새로운 개입 방안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the information processing characteristics of the autism spectrum disorder on the basis of the recent main studies. The result showed that the major factor causing information processing deficit in the autism spectrum disorder is the faulty information processing unnecessary information selectively. In particular, it was found that the theory of signal-to-noise ratio can explain both of the hypersensitivity in the simple processing and the insensitivity in the complex processing in the group with autism spectrum disorder. Finally, it was proposed that the new intervention strategies based on the inhibition mechanism could be the innovative interventions for the autistic spectrum disorder.
