산림분야 사회적경제주체 역량강화교육 실태 및 요구도 분석 - 산림일자리발전소 그루경영체를 대상으로 - = Analysis of Educational Needs and Current State on Competencies Development Training of Social Economy Subjects in Forest Sector - Focusing on Groo Businesss in Forest Job Platform -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to present a desirable educational direction for strengthening the competencies of social economy subjects as a way to revitalize the social economy in the forest sector that utilizes local forest resources. To this end, this study identified and analyzed the current status of competency development training conducted for the Businesss ‘Groo’, a social economy subject in the forest sector trained by the Forest Job Platform. First, as a result of identifying the actual status of the education program in terms of competencies development, it was confirmed that the current competencies development education of the Groo Businesss system is focused on finding content, Marketing education for developing and commercialization business model, and activities to enhance the capabilities of its members. Next, an analysis was conducted on the demand for competency development education for Groo Managers who are discovering and fostering Groo Businesss in the region. As a result of analyzing the demand of competency building education, the including factor include ‘understanding and networking of regional characteristics’, ‘expertise in the utilization of forest resources’, and ‘Understanding of forest value’. As for required factors, the demand for the items of ‘brand marketing’ and ‘social value of forests’ was high. Based on the above analysis results, the factors of competencies building education for revitalizing the regional-led Groo Businesss system were derived, and the significance of this was discussed and presented.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역의 산림자원을 활용하는 산림분야 사회적경제를 활성화하기 위한 방안으로써 사회적경제 주체의 역량강화를 위한 바람직한 교육 방향을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 산림일자리발전소에서 양성하는 산림분야 사회적경제 주체인 그루경영체를 대상으로 진행되는 역량강화 교육 현황을 파악하여 실태를 분석하였다. 먼저 역량강화 측면에서 교육 프로그램에 대한 실태를 파악한 결과, 현재 운영되고 있는 그루경영체의 역량강화 교육은 그루경영체 콘텐츠 발굴과 이를 위한 비즈니스모델 개발 및 사업화 진행을 위한 마케팅적 측면의 교육, 구성원의 역량을 증진할 수 있는 실습 및 활동에 집중되어 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 다음으로 지역에서 그루경영체를 발굴·양성하고 있는 그루매니저를 대상으로 그루경영체 역량강화교육 요구도 분석을 실시하였다. 역량강화교육 요구도 분석 결과, 포함 요소에는 ‘지역 특성의 이해 및 네트워크’, ‘산림자원 활용 관련 전문성’, ‘산림 가치에 대한 이해’ 순으로 나타났으며, 필요 요소에는 ‘브랜드 마케팅’과 ‘산림의 사회적 가치’ 항목에 대해 요구도가 높게 나타냈다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 지역 주도 그루경영체 활성화를 위한 역량강화 교육 요소들을 도출하고 이것이 갖는 의의에 대해 논의하고 방향을 제시하였다.
