한국판 작업설문지의 개발 및 심리측정학 특성 연구 = Development and Psychometric Properties of the Korean Occupational Questionnaire

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 : 본 연구는 작업설문지(Occupational Questionnaire, OQ)를 한국 문화에 맞게 번역 및 수정하여 한국판 작업설문지(Korean Occupational Questionnaire, K-OQ)를 개발하고 이에 대한 타당도 및 신뢰도를 알아보고자 하였다.
연구방법 : OQ는 순번역, 역번역, 번역위원회 회의를 거쳐 한국어로 번안되었으며, 전문가 집단의 패널회의를 통하여 한국 문화적 맥락에 부합하도록 검토 및 수정되었다. 다음으로 인지적 인터뷰를 시행하여 K-OQ를 완성하였다. 성인 188명을 대상으로 K-OQ와 삶의 만족도 척도(Satisfaction With Life Scale: SWLS)를측정하였고, 참가자 중 41명을 대상으로 K-OQ 재검사를 실시하였다.
결과 : K-OQ 개발 과정에서 변경된 대표적 내용은 세 가지이다. 첫째, 기존 OQ 활동영역 질문의 네 가지 보기-일, 일상생활활동, 여가, 휴식이 K-OQ에서는 다섯 가지 보기-일, 일상생활활동, 여가/놀이, 휴식/수면, 교육 활동으로 변경되었다. 둘째, 기존 OQ에서는 눈 뜬 시간부터 잠들기까지의 시간에 대한 기록을 수집하는반면, K-OQ에서는 24시간을 기록하도록 하였다. 셋째, 활동에 대한 사회적 가치를 묻는 질문을 추가하였다. K-OQ 타당도 결과, 삶의 만족도는 흥미(r = 0.313, p < 0.001), 개인인과(r = 0.310, p < 0.001), 가치(r =0.250, p < 0.001) 순으로 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 중간에서 매우 높은 수준으로(ICC = 0.510~0.909) 나타났다.
결론: 본 연구는 한국 문화에 적합한 K-OQ를 개발하였고, K-OQ가 적절한 타당도 및 신뢰도를 갖춘 평가도구임을 확인하였다. K-OQ가 한국 임상에서 시간사용 및 작업의지를 평가하는데 유용한 평가로 사용되어질수 있을 것으로 기대한다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: This study aimed to develop the Korean Occupational Questionnaire (K-OQ), by culturally adapting the Occupational Questionnaire (OQ), and investigate the validity and reliability of the K-OQ.
Methods: The OQ was translated into Korean and modified by a panel of experts. The K-OQwas finalized after a cognitive interview. The K-OQ and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) scores were measured in 188 adults, and the K-OQ was retested in 41 participants.
Results: During the development of the K-OQ, three major modifications were made: first, the options for the OQ activity type items were changed to work, activities of daily living, leisure/play, rest/sleep, and education; second, the K-OQ mandated a full 24-hour recording; and third, an item for the social value of activities was included. The validity testing of the K-OQ showed that life satisfaction significantly correlated, in sequence, with interests, personal causality, and values. The test-retest reliability of the K-OQ is moderate to very high.
Conclusion: The K-OQ has appropriate validity and reliability, and can be used in practical settings in Korea
