멘토링프로그램이 3년제 간호대학생의 대학생활적응과 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 = Influences of Mentoring Program on Adjustment to College Life and Self-esteem in Nursing College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose was to investigate the influences of mentoring program on adjustment to college life and self-esteem of nursing college students. Method: Thirty-one nursing college students took part in the study. Mentoring program was carried out for 4 hours a week for 16 weeks. Result: Mentoring program showed significant change on the adjustment to college life and self esteem. Conclusion: It is promising that mentoring program can be effective one to increase the adjustment to college life, and improve the self-esteem of nursing college students.
