취업 지체장애인의 생활만족 요인 연구 -보호고용과 일반고용의 비교를 중심으로- = A study on the affecting factors of the life satisfaction of the worker with physical disabilities-focused on the comparison of the sheltered employment with competitive employment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 취업 지체장애인들의 생활만족 수준은 어떠하며, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가를 밝히고자 하였다. 또 이러한 과정에서 고용 유형에 따라 만족감의 수준과 영향 요인은 어떻게 나타나는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 보호고용 상태에 있는 지체장애인 102명과 일반고용 상태에 있는 지체장애인 168명 총 270명에 대해 분석한 결과, 전반적인 생활만족도에 대해서는 장애인식, 참여, 수입, 사회적 지지, 연령 순으로 영향을 미치는 요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 보호고용인 경우, 장애인식, 참여, 수입 순으로. 일반고용의 경우에는 장애인식, 참여, 수입, 사회적 지지, 성별 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The major purpose of this study is to find out the degree of the life satisfaction of the physically disabled worker and to find out the affecting factors related to the way of employing the people with disabilities. Research was carried out from the population of 270. which consists of 102 sheltered employments. 168 competitive employments for the disabled. In order to analyze supplied information. multiple regressions by SPSS for Window 11.5 were applied. The main results of the study are as follows. Perception of the disabilities. participation. income. social support. age were factors to the life satisfaction. Perception of the disabilities. participation. income were factors to the life satisfaction of the worker of the sheltered employment. Perception of the disabilities. participation. income. social support. age were factors to the life satisfaction of the worker of the competitive employment.
