예비보육교사의 보육실습 문제 분석 및 교수효율성 연구 = Studies on Teaching Efficiency and Analysis Problems with Child Care Practice of Student Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  본 연구는 대구시 보육기관에서 실습한 예비교사와 실습 지도교사 각각 238명을 대상으로 보육실습 예비교사의 문제점과 실습 지도교수의 교수효율성을 분석해 본 결과 보육실습에 대한 문제점 인식은 대체로 지도교사와 실습생 같은 인식경향을 나타내었으며 지도교사가 인식하는 평가가 실습생 자신의 자가 인식이 보다 모든 영역에서 더 높게 평가되었다. 특히 ‘근무태도 및 개인적 자질 문제’ 영역은 지도교사와 실습생 모두 높은 인식을 하였으나 ‘학업경영 참여 및 사무처리 능력’이 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 보육실습의 지도교사는 ‘아이들 간의 문제 상황해결’과 ‘돌발 처리 능력’이 부족하다고 인식하는 반면 예비교사는 ‘돌발 처리 능력’과 ‘보육기초이론이 부족하다’고 인식하였다. 지도교수의 보육실습에 대한 교수 효율성은 ‘학생과의 상호 관계’가 가장 높았다. 보육 실습의 문제점과 교수 효율성과의 상관성은 전 영역에서 유의한 상관성을 나타내어 현장 보육실습의 문제점을 잘 파악하고 보육실습 교육을 보완한 프로그램을 개발하면 보다 효율적인 보육실습이 이루어 질 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  This study involved 238 student teachers and 238 teachers practicing at child-care institution in Deagu, and analyze problems and teaching efficiency. The result shows that the tendency of recognizing problems on child care practice didn"t make difference between teachers and student teachers. In "working attitude and individual quality" sphere they have high recognition but "participation of study management and the capability of business handling" is low and self-test of student teacher was evaluated lower than that of teacher.<BR>  Practice teacher recognize that their lack of "problem solution between children" and "capability of outbreak handling", but student teacher recognize lack of "capability of outbreak handling" and "the theory of upbringing basis". In teaching efficiency on professor"s child care practice, "mutual relation with student" was the highest and "teaching method" and "encouragement and support" were the next. The correlation of problems and teaching efficiency was very high, so I suggest that pre-education of child care practice should be improved and child care practice should be improved and child care practice program should be developed for the more efficient child care practice.
