테러사건현황을 통한 국내테러위협과 대응방안

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A threat of terrorism appear in around world without thinkable means, places, and others. Also, imitated crime event as terrorism activity occurs because of the effect from viewpoint of social environment, spreading manufacturing improvised explosive device(IED) through Internet, discontent of society from gap between rich and poor.
In Korea, although, counter-terrorism activity is operated by the presidential instructions 337, national counter-terrorism activity guideline, absence of the law about prevention and correspondence of terrorism, ambiguity problem to the conflict, and etc. The activities are estimated that is not effective policy in viewpoint of practical aspects.
According to the feature and diverse type of international terrorism accidents, is called “New terrorism”, we have to enact counter-terrorism and revise relative law.
Therefore, to prevent provisional threat of terrorism, I study and suggest the counter-terrorism plan through analysis and study on international terrorism events involved in it’s types and features.
The results of study are as followed.
First, types of terror attack are explosive and armed attack over 90%, second, the research shows that islamic extremism is over 81.5%, it means terror accidents arise from religious and political conflict. Finally, inclination of these types of attacks have a specific purpose to strike military, police, private facility. As a result, we have to enact the law and construct system to prevent terror in view of these feature.
