With the advent of the artificial intelligence era, we are increasingly discovering the importance of innovation. In the midst of increasing competition, more and more SMEs are beginning to recognise that employee innovation has slowly become the magic bullet for many businesses to gain sustainable competitiveness. For an enterprise to grow sustainably, it needs to have a competitive advantage, and innovation is increasingly the key to promoting economic growth and building an enterprise's competitive advantage. Employees, as the creators of enterprise value, are the decisive force for the improvement of enterprise innovation ability. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore how to create a strong innovation climate to stimulate employees' innovative behaviour, and to explore the mechanism of the influence of organisational innovation climate on employees' innovative behaviour, which is of great significance to the innovative development of enterprises.
To this end, this study explores in depth the mechanism of the influence of organisational innovation climate on innovative behaviours by collating and summarising the literature, and constructs a theoretical model with creativity as the mediating variable and value consistency and creative self-efficacy as the moderating variables.
Firstly, the concepts of organizational innovation climate, innovative behaviour, creativity, value consistency and creative self-efficacy are defined on the basis of combing and summarizing domestic and international literature; secondly, based on social cognitive theory and social exchange theory, research hypotheses are put forward and a conceptual model is constructed; then, on the basis of drawing on mature scales of domestic and international scholars, and combining with the results of the analysis of the pre-survey, the scales are adjusted and Then, based on the mature scales of scholars at home and abroad, the scale was adjusted and improved with the results of the pre-survey analysis to form the formal questionnaire; finally, the data were analysed with the relevant software to conduct empirical tests. The results of the study show that the organisational innovation climate has a positive impact on creativity and innovative behaviour, indicating that when the organisational innovation climate is strong, organisational members will show higher creativity and adopt innovative behaviours to improve work efficiency; creativity has a mediating effect in the influence of organisational innovation climate on innovative behavior, the more the enterprise pays attention to creating a strong innovation climate, the greater the possibility of the staff's creativity to improve when they are in the atmosphere, the more they will look for ways to better complete their work tasks and then adopt innovative behaviours; Value consistency plays a moderating role between organizational innovation climate and creativity, and between organizational innovation climate and innovative behavior. The higher the match between individual and organizational values, the higher the degree of employee identification with organizational values. Employees will exhibit a positive work attitude and behavior, stimulating their creativity; creative self-efficacy has a moderating effect on the impact of creativity on innovative behavior, as well as on the impact of organizational innovation climate on innovative behavior. That is, employees in the organizational environment have a good organizational innovation climate, have high creativity, and can regulate innovation behavior through creative self-efficacy.It is expected that the results of the study can explore the mechanism of the influence of organisational innovation climate on employees' innovative behavior, enrich the related research in the field of employees' innovative behavior, and provide reference for enterprises to carry out innovation management.
