결합된 제 2종 점진적 복합 중도절단에서 하프삼각분포의 모수 추정 = Estimation for half-triangular distribution based on combined type II progressive hybrid censoring scheme

국문 초록 (Abstract)

실험 비용 및 시간을 절감하기 위하여 사전에 설정한 시나리오에 맞춰 중도절단을 고려한다. 중도절단 방법 중 최근에 일반화된 제 1종 점진적 복합 중도절단 (generalized type I progressive hybrid censoring scheme)과 결합된 제 2종 점진적 복합 중도절단 (generalized type II progressive hybrid censoring scheme)이 제안되었다. 그리고 이들 중도절단 방법을 결합한 결합된 제 2종 점진적 복합 중도절단 (combined type II progressive hybrid censoring scheme)이 제안되었다. 본 논문은 결합된 제 2종 점진적 복합 중도절단에서 하프삼각분포의 모수를 추정하였다. 모수를 추정하는 방법으로 최대우도추정량과 테일러 급수 전개 (Taylor series expansion)를 이용한 근사최대우도추정량을 사용하였다. 그리고 다양한 결합된 제 2종 점진적 복합 중도절단 상황에서 모의실험을 통하여 제안한 추정량들의 평균제곱오차 (mean squared error)와 편의 (bias)를 계산하여 비교하였다.

Due to constraints in cost and time, life-testing and reliability studies often necessitate termination before all failures are observed. Censoring techniques are extensively utilized to reduce test duration and costs. Recently, combined type II progressive hybrid censoring scheme was proposed. In this article, the estimation of the parameter of half-triangular distribution based on the combined type II progressive hybrid censored sample has been considered. The parameter is estimated by maximum likelihood estimator and approximate maximum likelihood estimator using Taylor series expansion. Simulation experiments are performed to see the effectiveness of the maximum likelihood estimator and approximate maximum likelihood estimator. Finally, a real dataset has been analyzed for illustrative purposes.
