집합주택에서의 붙박이 수납공간의 실태 연구 = Analysis of Floor Plans of Built-in Storage Space in Apartment Housing

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to provide a basic data for presenting an appropriate plan of storage space suitable to our storaging behavior in apartment housing.
335 of small-sized apartment housing floor plans were analized and the results were as follows.
1. While the installed ratio of built-in storage was increased, the floor occupation ratio of it was decreased by year.
2. It was in R2 among bedrooms that built-in closet was installed most frequantly, and the number of it was one as the largest proportion.
3. Installed ratio of built-in storage in dwelling area except bedrooms was decreased by year(50.7% in 1970's, 26.7% in 1980's and 7.9% in 1990's)
4. The installed ratio of built-in storage in balcony which is classified into non-dwelling area have been increased since 1977.
5. The size of built-in storage was unsuitable for use.
In conclusion, it'll be necessary to provied appropriate size of built-in storage in each space.
