국제회의 의전에 관한 실증 연구 = A Study on the International Conference Protocol

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국제회의 산업은 부가가치가 높은 신종산업으로 VIP 참가자들의 만족도는 성공적인 국제회의를 위해 매우 중요하다. 또한 VIP 참가자들의 만족도는 국가이미지 제고 및 국제회의 재유치 기반에도 영향을 미치고 있다.
본 연구는 국제회의 의전에 관한 실태를 파악하고, 국제회의 전문가가 실제로 행하고 있는 의전에 대한 수행정도와 중요도 분석을 통해 관련성을 파악하고자 한다.
연구결과 국제회의 의전업무는 의전준비, VIP실 운영, 안전관리, 참석자 초정, 행사장 의전분야로 분류할 수 있었고, 수행정도가 높은 업무는 1~2주전 행사 참석여부 확인 및 2차 발송, 초청 대상자에 대한 명단작성, 1주 전 최종 참석자확인, 2~3주 전 초청장 발송, 회의장 내 VIP 좌석지정 업무였고, 중요도 역시 높았다. 국제회의 의전 업무의 수행정도와 중요도는 정의 상관관계를 가지며 의전업무에 대한 수행정도가 높을수록 그 업무가 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 중에서 의전준비 분야의 수행 정도와 중요도가 다른 업무보다 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국제회의 개최시 효과적인 의전을 위한 기초 자료로 쓰여질 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As the enlargement of mutual exchange of the politics and economy between nations, nowadays the international conference emerges as one of the higher value-added and new industries in the world. For a successful international conference, the satisfaction of VIP influences on the raise of the nation's image and the repeat of induction.
The purpose of this study is to search the status of international conference protocol and the analysis of importance on practical conditions and so, to provide the foundation data of international conference protocol. First, research the international conference protocol by studying of literature research, the interviews of experts and the overseas case study. Second, compare and analyse the both protocol, one is researched and the other practically conducted. Third, analyse the correlation of the accomplishment and importance of protocol.
The questionnaires are based on the proper feasibility study in advance. Total 200 sheets were distributed and collected 172 sheets. The questionnaires were analysed by SPSS ver. 12.0. The frequency analysis is performed on the each inquiry in order to study the actual accomplishment of protocol experts and specialists of international conference. The analysis of variance is performed in order to research the influence on the accomplishment and importance of protocol by the method of demographic characters such as gender, age, scholarship, working years and the job condition. Also the correlation analysis is performed in order to know the correlation of the accomplishment and importance of protocol.
This thesis suggests the followings. First it defines the definition of conference affairs & the importance of international conference. Second. it shows the characteristics of conference and grasp of present status. Third, it suggests the basic datum of international conference own the characteristics and present status of international conference protocol.
