Wee 프로젝트 발전방안 연구 = A Study on Developmental Plan of Wee Project

This study focused on presentation of developmental plan of Wee project, Korean school counseling system, using Delpi survey methord. School counseling in Korea had begun as guidance teacher at late-1950, and 50 years passed but there were no full-time school counselors before 2005, and school counseling system began to be established at 2008 through Wee project. This study surveyed 2 times 15 professors majoring in counseling, and 6 Wee project officials and counselors about developmental plans of 3 domains of Wee project - Wee class, Wee center, Wee school. The results presented developmental running system, focusing tasks, enlarging plans of each domain. For the development of Wee class, change of school principal's notion about school counseling, differential budget according to size of school, focusing on primary service, and installing Wee class at all school were proposed. For the development of Wee center, 3 types of center, educational office's direct running, differential budget according to size of students or specialized tasks, easy accessible location, and installing Wee center at all regional educational office were proposed. For the development of Wee school, 3 or 6 month term, educational office's direct running, legal status of alternative school, location at suburbs, less than 15 students in a class, 1 time re-entry permission, and installing Wee school according to size of students were proposed. Several tasks for these developments were discussed.
