學校行政의 目標管理 適用에 對한 硏究 = A Study on Application of Management by Objective in Educational Administration

The definintion of Management By Objective(MBO) is a process for making a mangement guide which is used toestimate individual job performance of the organizd workers. and it is described as a process which clarify the common objects of the enterprise management by cooperating between managers and setting bounds to responsibility according to the estimated results.
When the Management By Objective technology is applied to the educational management. the increased effeciency and benefit can be obtained. A school has a charactoristic which persues the professional education as a public service foundation compared to the other enterprise. The educational management system is running with the interaction between the system of instruction for teaching and learning which is based on the curriculum. the core of implementing educational objective. and educational adminitstration which is managing the system of instruction. For that reason it needs to apply all sorts of management system in the Education administration and study deep into this subject.
