기록관 유형별 업무모형에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Business Model Per Record Center Type

There are nearly 700 public agencies which should establish their own record centers in Korea. Until the end of 2005, nearly half of them had established record centers. It is the time, now, to try not only to force establish them continuously but also to choose their substances. This study aims to propose a business model for Korean record center and differenciate it according to public agencies specialities. 국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라 기록관 설치대상기관은 기타공공기관을 제외하더라도 700여개의 기관에 이른다. 2005년을 기준으로 할 때 이 대상기관 가운데 절반 가까운 기관에 기록관이 설치되었다. 따라서 이제는 기록관 설치를 위한 노력과 더불어 기록관 내실을 다지기 위한 노력이 필요한 시점이 되었다. 본 연구는 다양한 기록관을 모기관의 특성에 따라 유형화하고 기록관 유형별 업무모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중간기록관리기관으로서 기록관 업무를 추출하여 표준적인 기록관 업무모형을 설계하고, 모기관 특성을 반영하여 기록관 유형별 업무모형을 설계하였다.
