This is the study on the relationships among family functioning, self-differentiation, career attitude maturity, perceived by college students.The main purpose of this study is firstly to find out differences of these three factors on the on the college students according to generral characteristics, secondly to verify their relationship, and finally to analyze the relative influence of family functioning and self-differentiation to career attitude maturity
