유아를 위한 몸짓놀이 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구_도인법을 중심으로 = The Development of traditional body movement program for Children - Centered upon Doinbub -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop traditional body movement program, which is stimulates the all body and smoothes the ‘Gi’ flow to the children that the ‘Gi’ flow is not good and the sensibility is cut off focusing the doinbub of the traditional body movement.
In order to establish these, following research contents are used.
First is to find theoretical basis for Korean's traditional body movement.
Second is to develop traditional body movement program for children based on traditional Korean's body movement focusing especially on doinbub.
The following was the results of this study.
First, in traditional Korean's perspective the origin of human body is “Gi” and human body harmonize with the nature and there is a close relationship between mind and soul. Traditional body movements are based on the nature's cosmic dual forces and especially Doinbub stimulates the human body and it helps the circulation of Gi.
Second, traditional body movement program for children was developed according to the following steps. : 1) review of the literature about doinbub, 2) a preliminary program of 22 body movements to be administered over a periods of 2 weeks was designed for 25children age 5 in A child educare center, 3) traditional body movement program for children was developed by supplementing and correcting the preliminary program.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자연으로부터 분리되어 기(氣)가 원활하지 못하고 감각이 차단된 아이들에게 몸과 마음이 조화롭고 자연과 교감하는 전인적인 아이로 자랄 수 있도록 하기 위하여 우리 고유의 몸짓 중 도인법(導引法)에 기초한 유아 몸짓놀이 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다.
본 연구에서는 유아를 위한 몸짓놀이 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 먼저 전통사상에 나타난 몸과 몸짓에 관해 고찰하였고, 그 중 도인법(導引法)을 중심으로 몸짓놀이 예비 프로그램을 구성하여 만 5세 유아 25명을 대상으로 적용을 하고 전문가의 자문을 받았다. 그리고 예비 프로그램 적용과정에서 평가된 내용을 기초로 프로그램을 수정․보완하여 유아를 위한 몸짓놀이 프로그램을 최종적으로 개발하였다.
