사별한 성인의 애착불안과 지속비애의 관계에서 자아탄력성으로 조절된 정서조절곤란의 매개효과 = The Mediating Effect of Emotion Dysregulation, Moderated by Ego-Resiliency, on the Relationship Between Attachment Anxiety and Prolonged Grief Among Bereaved Adults

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성인 애착불안과 지속비애의 관계에서 자아탄력성으로 조절된 정서조절곤란의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 조부모, 부모, 친구 등 친밀한 대상과 사별한 지 6개월 이상 지난 국내 성인 남녀로부터 애착불안, 정서조절곤란, 자아탄력성, 지속비애를 측정하는 온라인 자기보고식 설문조사 응답 자료를 수집하였고, 총 323부의 자료를 SPSS 23.0과 Mplus 8.3을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 애착불안이 지속 비애에 미치는 직접 효과가 유의하였다. 둘째, 애착불안과 지속비애의 관계에서 정서조절곤란이 유의하게 부분 매개하였다. 셋째, 애착불안과 지속비애의 관계에서 정서조절곤란의 매개효과를 자아탄력성이 유의하게 조절하였다. 이는 애착불안 수준이 높을수록 높은 수준의 정서조절곤란을 거쳐 지속비애 증상 수준이 높아지지만, 이때 자아탄력성이 높을수록 자아탄력성의 조절효과를 통해 지속비애 증상 수준이 유의미하게 낮춰질 수 있음을 의미한다. 마지막으로 위와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였고, 사별자를 위한 애도상담(비애상담)에 대한 이론적, 실무적 제언을 하였다.
