崔松雲堂의 文學世界와 現實認識 : 「諺文詞藻」를 중심으로 = A Study on Choi Songseoldan's kasas

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최송설당은 한말 국권 상실기에 교육사업과 문필에 큰 족적을 남긴 선각적인 여성이다. 그가 남긴 문학 작품은 한시가 167수이고 '언문사조(諺文詞藻)'라고 한 가사 작품이 49편이다. 이 글은 그의 가사작품 49편에 대하여 논의한 논문이다.
전반적인 그의 문학 작품은 대부분 1914년 이전에 지어진 것으로 가사문학사에서 보면 쇠퇴기의 작품이요, 내방가사에 속한다. 49편의 가사를 내용별로 보면 조상을 위하는 것, 고향을 생각한 것 , 경물을 노래한 것, 늙음을 한탄한 것, 신세한탄 등으로 나눌 수가 있다. 그의 가사작품은 표현기법의 면에서 섬세하고 감성적이며 언어구사가 적절하다. 작품의 세계는 세계에 대한 관조와 정관, 홍경래난에 연좌되었던 조상을 위하는 마음, 인생을 돌아보고 한탄하는 마음 등을 특유한 여성적 감각으로 담담하게 표현하였다.
최송설당의 가사 작품에서 두드러진 사상은 지절과 신의였고 충의가 강조되었다. 그것은 국권을 상실한 조국을 향한 것이기도 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Choi Songseoldang was born of a ruined yangban(Korean aristocratic class) and learned Chinese classics from her father. In old age, she became rich and stable in social status. She wrote 49 kasas and 167 Chinese poems. Her kasas are various in subject matter and contents. Her expression is very delicate, full of allusions form the classics and her language is appropriate. Her works show woman's sentiment, intuition and contemplation. In some works, she tells also the family consciousness, respect for ancestors, lament for old age and frailty of human life. From her kasas, her view of life and world can be analogized, in many works she emphasizes fidelity, loyalty and filial piety. Her fidelity is for Erm-bee(consort) personally; broadly for the mother land.
Choi was a talented writer. Through the technique of expressing her personal emotion plainly, she shows her view of life and world. When she lived, her country lost the sovereign rights and she included also her nationalism and love for the motherland in her works.
