The Urban of the world is in progress urban development with background growth of economy. And the culture-environment of urban is damaged by the Business of urban development. In this situation, The effort to prevent and perserve efficiently environment of culture is required seriously.
The kyoung-ju having historic of millenium, under the proposition of the development and preservation, has problem following.
First, the korean style house is received a cold reception by infringement of property right and old of residental environment. And Secondly, the government is received a cold reception by insufficiency of estimates and problem of environment preservation.
The surroundings of citizen is in poor by introduce in urban planning through the growth of city, form of superiority of urban development and space-structure of urban by venturesome subject.
The problem of social and urban require the detailed planning and operating means satisfying proposition of residental environment and historical preservation are required
In this study, The front view of area unit planning is proposed by using of planning method of traditional korean-style house preservation unit.
The contents of this study is followings.
The first, this paper researched the substance of study through background and purpose.
The second, this paper studied on a viewpoint of a regulation system of preservaion area of traditional korean-style house. The object of study is the law of urban planning, the law of construction and the law of cultural asset management. Then, the foreign example is researched.
The third, this paper researched example of domestic and foreign on the viewpoint preservation area of traditional korean-style house.
The foreign example invested Japan, England, Italy. They is recognized generally as similar as domestic example
The foreign example is researched on the order of urban design system, detailed system, area unit planning according to change of the system.
The fourth, this paper studied actually plans to establish area unit planning after establishing the purpose of plan and then selecting the means and method of planning.
In this chapter is written planning of general-partial regulation, planning of transportation-scenery.
The fifth, this paper proposed a problem awaiting solution as well as a limitation of this study, and improvement direction of administrate and regulation.
The scheme of detailed and integrated operating must be proposed through introduction of new system in the viewpoint of bring up problem of urban and declining of the environment of preservation area of traditional korean-style house.
In this study, the front view of area unit planning is proposed in the point of reducing of inconvenience of resident and activating of preservation area of korean-style house through the environment preservation of historical culture.
If one urban is developed with an isolated situation, not relating the others, in the west, We can find situations that faced a lot of urban-problems as times go by.
Not to do footsteps this problem, It is the best time that improving the system, establishing the value of environment of historical culture, and finding a method of detailed preservation. interrupted form the system of veins in cities of western.
