야뇨증 유아의 행동치료를 병행한 미술치료 사례 연구 = The Case Study of Art Therapy Integrated with Behavior therapy on Young Child’s Enuresis

This research investigated healing emotional and behavior problems in child with nocturnal enuresis. There were 17 sessions and each session lasted approximately 45 minutes. The child 5-year-old boy who struggle with elder brother. That treatment consisted of art therapy program that squiggle drawing game, Decalcomania, Collage and drawing about impressive theme after reading Aesop's Fables and so on. Drawing a person and tree was used for pre-posttest. Behavioral contracts accomplished between therapist and child whose behavior is to be changed. Contracts specified the reinforcers desired by the child. The result of this study were as follows;
First, the child's frequence of enuresis was dropped markedly. Second, child’s emotional stability improved according to drawing a person and tree test.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 야뇨 증세가 있는 아동을 대상으로 행동치료가 병행된 미술치료를 통해 아동의 야뇨 빈도를 감소시키고자 하였다. 내담자는 형과 경쟁관계에 있으며, 야뇨증세가 있는 만 5세 유아에게 주 1회씩 17주 동안 미술치료를 적용하였다. 본 사례에 적용된 미술치료 활동은 난화게임, 데칼코마니, 꼴라쥬, 이솝우화 등을 읽고 인상깊은 주제에 대한 그림 그리기 등으로 구성하였고, 나무그림과 인물화그리기를 사전 사후 검사로 사용하였다. 아동으로 하여금 스티커로 배뇨일지를 작성하게 하고, 행동계약서를 통해 강화를 제공하는 행동치료기법이 활용되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 아동의 야뇨빈도가 감소하여 밤에 오줌을 싸지 않게 되었다.
둘째, 아동에게 긍정적인 심리적 행동적 변화가 있었다.
