한국 도덕과 교육의 방향 = 도덕과 교육과정 개정 방향 일고찰

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본고의 목적은 한국의 도덕과 교육의 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 교육과정 변천과, 현재 진행 중인 도덕과 교육과정 개정의 방향 및 글로벌 사회와 다가치, 다문화 사회 등 한국 사회가 직면한 사회적, 문화적 변화를 살폈다. 이것을 바탕으로 앞으로 한국 도덕과 교육의 방향을 도덕과의 방향 및 목표 측면, 내용 측면, 교수-학습 방법 및 교과용 도서 측면 그리고 평가 측면에 대하여 그 방향을 제시하였다. 방향 및 목표 측면에서는 공동체주의와 자유주의의 조화, 보편윤리추구와 신콜버그주의의 조화, 전통과 현대의 조화 등의 측면에서 살폈고, 내용의 측면에서는 평가원에서 제시하고 있는 네 영역 안에서 구체적인 주제들을 예시하였으며, 방법 측면에서는 멀티미디어를 이용한 수업 방법 및 자료 개발, 문화적, 예술적 자료 이용 방법, 논술 이용 방법, 기타 세심한 사회적 기능 개발을 제시하였고, 교과용 도서 측면에서는, 워크북 형태의 자료와 실생활 경험을 다루는 이야기, 내러티브 등 읽기 보조 자료, 논술 노트 등을 제시하였고, 끝으로 평가 측면에서는 정의적 영역의 평가와 논술 평가에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this paper is to explore desirable directions for developing moral education in korea. For this, I rewiewed the change of curriculum for moral education, a outline of reform of curriculum for moral education and the social, cultural context-globalzation, information-society, cultural-diversity, value-pluralism- in Korea. On the basis of these, I suggest the direction for moral education, content for moral education, teaching-learning method(including textbooks) and assessment for moral education. In the direction for moral education, I emphasize the harmony communitarianism and liberalism, and traditional - Confucian moral education and modern moral education and moral education through the relation of family-school-community. In the content for moral education, I give detail topics for four fields. In the teaching-learning method (including textbook)for moral education, I suggest the development of supplementary textbook, workbook, note for ethical essay and multi-media materials. In the assessment for moral education, I suggest detail items for evaluating emotional part and ethical essay.
