第四胃左方轉位症 乳牛의 血液像 및 第四胃液의 Volatile fatty acid에 關한 硏究 = Studies on the blood components and volatile fatty acid in the abomasal fluid of dairy cows with left displacement of abomasum

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Hematological findings and serum chemical values on pre and postoperation in dairy cows with left displacement of abomasum(LDA) and concentration of volatile fatty acid(VFAs) between normal and LDA in the abomasal fluid were determined.
The results were as follows;
1. Hematological findings were decreased in the values of packed cell volume(PCV) (P≤0.01) and lymphocytes(P≤0.05), while segmented neutrophils (P≤0.05), and monocytes(P≤0.01) were increased.
2. Serum chemical values were decreased in blood urea nitrogen (BUN) (P≤0.01) but increased calcium(0.01) and phosphorus(P≤0.05).
3. The values of glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT) (P≤0.01), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT) (P≤0.01) and r-glutamyl transpeptidase(r-GTP) (P≤0.05) were lowered.
4. The concentrations of VFAs in LDA cows were increased in total VFAs (P≤0.05) and butyric acid(P≤0.01) compared with those of normal cows.
