      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      R&D process has special characteristics such as uncertainty, dynamic, and uniqueness. There have been many researches on workflow modeling methods, but they have mainly focused on general business processes which are relatively repetitive and predictable. So, the conventional workflow modeling methods and related systems are limited to managing the characteristics of R&D process. We propose a new workflow modeling method to accommodate the R&D characteristics. The present study integrates two process flavors - business process and science process, based on control-flow perspective for predictable workflow and data-flow perspective for problem solving workflow respectively. The construction procedure of problem solving workflow is also provided and the benefits of the proposed method are demonstrated through an example.
