반어문에 있어서의 시간성에 관한 연구 -한일양국어 대조를 중심으로-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한일 양국어의 반어문에 공통적으로 나타나는 시간성, 주로 텐스와 아스펙트의 이동을 체계적으로 비교, 분석, 고찰하는 것과 <텐스의 시프트>와 연동하여 전달되는 화자의 주관적 주장(주로 마이너스 평가)을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 연구의 주요 대상은 텐스와 아스펙트의 시프트를 보다 체계적으로 분석하여 반어문 안에서의 수사적 기법으로서의 역할을 명확히 하는 것과, 화자의 주관적 평가와의 관련성을 규명하는 것이다.
<텐스의 시프트>에서는 동사술어문, 형용사술어문, 명사술어문에 있어서의 시제의 이동을 살펴 볼 것이다. 특히, 동사술어문의 경우에는 시간성 표현에 있어서의 텐스와 함께 완성상 와 계속상 의 아스펙트의 시프트도 함께 살펴보게 될 것이다.
화자의 주관적 주장, 특히 마이너스적 평가를 반어문을 통해 전달하고 있는 것과 <텐스의 시프트>와의 관련성을 밝혀내고자 한다. 즉, 이미 화자에게는 인식이 끝난 사태나 대상에 대해서 텐스(동사의 경우, 텐스와 함께 아스펙트도 고찰)를 이동시켜 발화하는 수사적 기법을 통해 화자의 주관적 평가가 일반적인 것처럼 포장하는 효과가 발생하리라 유추할 수 있을 것이다.
현 단계는 한일 양국어의 예문을 통해 양국어에 나타나는 현상만을 간략히 지적한 정도라고 할 수 있겠다. 보다 발전적인 대조분석과, 결과적으로 반어문에 있어서의 <텐스의 시프트>에 관한 수사적 기법의 체계화를 위해 먼저 양국어의 언어 표현, 특히 반어문에 관한 전체적인 경향과 종류를 제시할 것이다. 그리고, 선행연구의 검토와 용례 확보, 분석을 하고, 각각의 특징을 정리하여, 양국어의 유사점과 차이점이 확실해 지면, 반어문의 종합적인 체계와 위상 정리를 할 수 있을 것이다.
