교사-학생 관계 척도 개발 및 타당화 = Development and Validation of the Student-Teacher Relationship Scal-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 교사와 학생간의 관계를 정확하게 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하고 그 척도의 타당성 및 신뢰성을 검토한 것이다 이를 위해 교사·학생 관계를 구성하고 있는 하위 영역들에 대한 관련 문헌들을 비판적으로 검토하여 5가지 하위 영역, 즉 ① 이해공감, ② 친밀감, ③신뢰감, ①존중감, 5 유능감을 추출하였다 그 다음 각 영역별로 10개씩 총 50개 문항으로 구성된 검사를 개발한 후, 초등학교 5학년 212명과 6학년 208명 총 42O명을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였다 분석 결과, 검사의 신뢰로(Cronbach ? 계수)는 전체 문항에 대해 0.98있었으며, 각 하위영역별로는 0.91~0.93으로 나타났다 또한 요인분석을 통한 구인타당도를 확인한 결과도 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 요인분석을 통해 부적절한 것으로 판단되는 문항들을 삭제하여 각 영역별로 8개씩 총 40개로 구성된 '교사·학생 관계' 척도를 완성하였다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Based on the assumption that the student-teacher relationship has great impact on the educational success especially at the primary school level. this study aims to construct and validate a reliable and valid scale to measure the student-teacher relationship focused on their affective domain. Through the literature review, the sub-areas of the relationship are set as follows: Sympathy; Familiarity; Trust; Respect; and Capability. Next, 50-item questionnaire was developed and implemented on 420 fifth and sixth-grade students. The results of the correlation analysis confirm its reliability. Cronbach alpha was .98 for the entire test and .91-.93 for the sub-areas. The results of the factor analysis also guarantee its construct validity. Using the results of the factor analysis, 50 items were reduced to 40 items by deleting two items per each sub-area and this enhances the efficiency of the scale. Finally the student. teacher relationship scale was validated and finalized with 40 items.
