基于節事活動安全的遊客滿意度硏究 -以中國沈陽國際빙雪節爲例- = A Study on the Satisfaction of Safety of Tourism Event -Focused on Shen Yang International Ice and Snow Festival-

During the last decade, tourism events including festivals are developed rapidly. In the case of north area of China, winter festivals can overcome the problems caused by the off-season. However, because of the special environmental factors of winter festival such as climate and facilities, accidents happen more frequently than other festivals. Although safety management has been researched in academic and industry field, but safety management related to tourism event is needed to be deeply studied. In order to understand the satisfaction level of safety of Shenyang International Ice and Snow Festival, a survey has been conducted towards the festival visitors. As a result, it is found that significant differences existed in the satisfaction level according to different visitors` group. Based on the results, some implications are proposed to festival managers.
