정보시스템 아웃소싱 문헌분석을 통한 연구주제의 변화 고찰 = The Changes of Research Topic Based the Literature Review about Information Systems Outsourcing

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보시스템 아웃소싱이 비즈니스 관리자들과 정보시스템 제공자들에게 매력적인 전략도구들 중의 하나로서 인식되고 있으며, 그에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 덕분에 최근 학술지에 발표된 정보시스템 아웃소싱 논문들이 증가하고 있는 추세이다.
이에 본 연구는 첫째, 정보시스템 아웃소싱 연구 분야에서 지금까지 발표되었던 주요한 연구 논문들을 수집한 후, 둘째, 연구주제, 연구방법, 이론적 배경, 연구 변수 등을 기준으로 수집된 정보시스템 아웃소싱 논문들을 분류하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 정보시스템 아웃소싱 문헌분석을 통하여 통합적 시각, 상황 관점, 정보시스템 아웃소싱 결과 분석 등 향후 정보시스템 아웃소싱 연구의 방향성을 제공할 수 있었다.

Information Systems(IS) outsourcing has attracted more and more interests as one of the popular strategic tools from both business managers and IS providers. Recently the use of IS outsourcing has resulted in an increase in the number of IS outsourcing papers in academic journals.
Therefore this study collects major research papers in this area and classifies them from the perspectives of research topics, research methods, theoretical foundations, and research variables. Based on the literature review, this study offers some directions for future research in this field such as an integrated view, a contingency view point, the analysis of IS outsourcing results.
