국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 예비초등교사의 진로적응력, 긍정심리자본, AI융합교육 역량 간의 관계를 분석하고, 긍정심리자본이 매개 변수로 작용하는지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 204명의 예비 초등교사를 대상으로 설문조사 를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 각 변인 간 관계와 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 진로적응력 은 AI융합교육 역량에 직접적인 영향은 유의하지 않았으나, 긍정심리자본을 통해 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 진로적응력이 높은 예비교사는 긍정심리자본이 향상될 가능성이 크며, 이러한 긍정적인 심리적 자원이 AI융합교육 역량을 증진시키는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 예비교사의 AI융합교육 역량을 함양하기 위해서는 기술적 지식뿐만 아니라 심리적·정서적 자원도 중요한 요소임을 강조하며, 교사 양성 과정에서 진로적응력과 긍정심리자본을 함께 고려한 교육적 접근이 필요함을 시사한다.

This study aims to analyze the relationship among career adaptability, psychological capital, and AI convergence education competency of pre-service elementary school teachers and examine whether psychological capital acts as a mediating variable. A survey was conducted with 204 pre-service elementary teachers, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was utilized to analyze the relationships among the variables and the mediating effects. The results indicate that career adaptability does not have a significant direct effect on AI convergence education competency. However, it exerts a significant indirect effect through psychological capital. In other words, pre-service teachers with high career adaptability are more likely to develop psychological capital, which, in turn, plays a crucial role in enhancing AI convergence education competency. This study highlights that fostering AI convergence education competency in pre-service teachers requires not only technical knowledge but also psychological and emotional resources. It suggests the necessity of an educational approach that integrates career adaptability and psychological capital in teacher training programs.
