자살생존자 가족의 복합비애 위험요인 = Predictors of Complicated Grief among Korean Suicide Survivors

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적 본 연구에서는 자살생존자 가족의 복합비애에 영향을 주는 위험요인을 파악하고자 한다. 특히 복합비애 하위요인인 트라우마성 고통과 분리 고통에 영향을 주는 위험요인까지 파악하는 것을목적으로 한다. 연구방법 본 연구는 19세 이상 성인 자살생존자 가족 중 자녀사별자, 배우자사별자, 부모사별자를 모집단으로 설정하고, 자료를 표집, 자살생존자 가족(부모 50명, 배우자 53명, 자녀 64 명) 총 167명을 분석에 활용했다. SPSS Ver 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 결과 자살생존자 가족의 복합비애 위험요인은 우울, 사별 후 경과 시간, 자살시도로 나타났다. 트라우마성 고통의 위험요인은 우울, 사별 후 경과 시간, 자살시도, 고인과 친밀감이며, 분리 고통의 위험요인은 우울, 사별 후 경과 시간, 고인의 관계 중요성, 연령이다. 자살생존자가족 50%는 가족과 사별한 지 20년이 지난 후에도 복합비애 고위험군으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한연구결과를 바탕으로 자살생존자 가족의 복합비애에 대한 논의를 확장하고 복합비애를 완화할 수있는 개입과 실천 방안에 대한 함의를 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose This study identified risk factors affecting the complicated grief of suicide survivors' families. In particular, this study sought risk factors that affect traumatic pain and separation pain, which are sub-factors of complicated grief. Methods In this study, among the families of adult suicide survivors over the age of 19, children, spouses, and parents were set as the population. Using the random sampling method, data were collected and a total of 167 entries were used for analysis. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS (ver 26.0) program. Result The risk factors for complicated grief among suicide survivors' families are depression, elapsed time after bereavement and suicide attempts. The risk factors for traumatic pain among suicide survivors' families are depression, elapsed time after bereavement, suicide attempt, and the closeness of relationships with the deceased. Risk factors for separation pain are depression, elapsed time after bereavement, the importance of relationships with the deceased and age. Even after 20 years of bereavement, 50% of the suicide survivor's family was analyzed as a part of the high risk group for complicated grief. Conclusion Based on these findings, implications for the intervention and practice of complicated grief by suicide survivors' families were proposed.
