    The 41 cows affected with downer cow syndrome, which had been treated intraveously with calcium products, But There was no effective results.
    So dexamethasone has been administrated to those cows to activate the muscular weakness, 26 cows among them were recovered.
    Electroacupuncture therapy was applied to 14 patients which were no response of the dexamethasone.
    The results obtained from clinical experiment were as follows :
    1. Among 41 cases treating with dexamethasone, 25 cows were to rise, but 14 cows (35%) were not rise.
    2. Incidence of the downer cow syndrome were from 5 years old to 7 years old.
    3. The most effective treatment against cows affected with downer cow syndrome were shows from 5 years old to 7 years old.
    4. 13 cases of downer cow syndrome, which had not been reacted with drug application, were treated with electroacupuncture therapy, 9 cases(69%) among them were to rise, but 4 cases (31%) became continuously recoment.
