전통학습과 또래학습에 의한 태권도 수련생의 교육만족도에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 일선 태권도장에서 또래학습을 이용한 수련생의 교육만족도에 관한 효과를 측정하고자 설문지법을 통해 또래학습을 이용한 교육과 전통적인 교육의 만족도를 비교하였다. 이러한 연구목적에 의해 다음과 같은 결론은 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도 교육의 만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 효율만족도는 지속성 요인에 대한 만족도(4.33±.947)가 가장 높았음을 알 수 있으며, 반복성 요인의 만족도 (3.50±1.353)가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 학습만족도는 전체적으로 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 몰입도 요인에 대한 만족도(3.84±1.228)가 가장 높았으며, 복습유무 요인의 만족도(3.16±1.337)가 상대적으로 가장 낮은 것을 알 수 있다. 성취만족도는 수련강도에 대한 만족도(9.96±.961)가 가장 높았고, 난이도에 대한 만족도(3.46±1.026)가 상대적으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 또래학습과 관련된 요인들간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 전반적으로 상관계수가 .487에서 .576으로 비교적 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 효율만족도와 학습만족도 간에는 가장 높은 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육방식에 따라 난이도, 수련강도, 체력향상 요인 모두가 유의수준 .05에서 유의한 차이가 나타났는데, 난이도는 또래 학습방식의 만족수준이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 수련강도에 있어서는 전통 수련방식의 만족수준이 높게 나타났으며, 체력향상에 있어서는 또래 학습의 만족수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 또래학습량과 또래학습수용태도가 만족도(효율만족도, 학습만족도, 성취만족도)에 미치는 영향에 대한 중선형회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 또래학습량이 증가할수록 율만족도가 증가하는 것을 알 수 있으나 설명력이 5.2%로 상당히 낮음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 또래 학습에 대한 수용태도가 높을수록 성취만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the utility and effect of the education using peer tutoring on Taekwondo hall. A research model was developed based on earlier studies. To make this clear, first of all, I divided Taekwondo hall into two groups - one group that were taken the peer tutoring gym and the other group that were not taken the hall. It’s specifically intended to find out how the educational satisfaction at Taekwondo drill hall using peer tutoring was affected by trainee’s gender, their educational background, the period of their child’s getting training, and parents’ job(father or mother), etc.To accomplish this study, Taekwondo halls in the province of Gyeongsang-do were picked randomly. Kids from 4th grade to 6th grade on those halls were selected for the survey. Among them, total of 282 survey sheets(151 from Taekwondo halls using peer tutoring and 131 from another) were collected. And materials among returned questionnaires that were considered as untrustworthy and groundless were excluded from the analysis.The measurement method used in this study was based on earlier studies. In addition, the survey sheet for the study was revised and modified to add the accuracy to this study. The survey sheet has a total of 29 questions made up 9 on trainees, 2 on the educational attitude of peer tutoring, and 18 on the satisfaction of education.The encoded materials suitable for analysis were analyzed the use of SPSS/PC for WINDOWS 13.0. This study used various of statistical methods such as frequency, independent samples t-test, factor analysis, multiple linear regression, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe method for post-hoc comparison. And the reliability on the survey sheet, the measurement method for this study, was between .693 and .876.Through this kind of study method and process, we got the results on the educational effect of peer tutoring on Taekwondo halls. They are stated below. First, 3st Poom reply was higher than that of 1st Poom on satisfaction of efficiency. And 3rd Poom reply was higher than that of 1st Poom on satisfaction of accomplishment.S econd, education using peer tutoring was higher than that of the traditional education on learning satisfaction. Finally, the satisfaction of efficiency was affected by the amount of education using peer tutoring and the attitude of learning.
