Dendrobium antennatum 종자 발아에 대한 기내 유기첨가물의 효과 = Effect of Organic Addictive on Asymbiotic Seed Germination of Dendrobium antennatum

국문 초록 (Abstract)

Dendrobium 란 종자의 발아배지에 첨가되는 코코넛 과액의 대체첨가물을 찾기 위한 시도로 D. antennatum Lindl.의 종자발아에 대한 유기 복합 첨가물들의 효과를 평가하였다. Vacin과 Went 변형배지에 단용 첨가된 첨가물 중에서는 코코넛 과액이 최적의 첨가물이었이며, 최대 생장은 펩톤과 토마토 과액이 혼용 첨가된 배지에서 관찰되었다.

As an attempt to find substitutes for coconut water in asymbiotic germination medium for Dendrobium, this study was conducted to evaluate effects of some organic complex additives on seed germination of D. antennatum Lindl. Coconut water was the best additive to a modified Vacin and Went medium for the germination of D. antennatum when additive used alone. However, the maximal growth was observed on the medium including peptone and tomato juice in combination, showering better growth than on the medium including coconut water. Additives of 2 gL^(-1)peptone and 100 ㎖L^(-1) tomato juice in combination could successfully substitute coconut water for the germination of Dendrobium.
