가족중심 사회복지실천으로의 패러다임 전환 = The Paradigm of Family Centered Social Work Practice

Social work practice has been long considered family-centered practice and now family-centered practice is required as a new paradigm. Therefore, there has been increased study about it. However it is not clear not only exactly what family-centered practice means but also how to practice in social agency. This review of the literature examines current conceptualization of family-centered practice and whether there is the possibility of implement in some social work field. There is collectively required for implementing family-centered practice in social agency such as to legalization as national policy, agency administrative change, social work`s training, strengthening curricula of practice with family. We need to understand the family-centered conceptualization with it`s key elements. Additionally it needs to discuss that each agency`s implementation family-centered practice with their client`s characteristics.
