입양아동의 발달에 관한 종단연구Ⅰ1)-1차년도 영유아발달과 자아개념, 인지발달을 중심으로- = A Study on the Development of Adopted Children Ⅰ-Focusing on Infant Development, Self Concept andCognitive Development of the Adopted Children-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 입양아동의 영유아발달과 자아개념, 인지발달 수준을 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 입양아동과 입양부모들을 대상으로 표준화된 검사와 척도, 설문지 등을 활용하여 입양아동의 영역별 발달수준에 대한 자료들을 수집하고 분석하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만 5세 미만 입양 영유아의 경우 의심스러운 발달이 매우 높은 비율로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아개념 영역에서 입양유아와 일반유아간에는 차이가 없었으며, 초등학생의 경우 입양아동

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has analyzed the part of the first-year survey of the panel study which would be continued for the next twenty years. The aim of this study was to understand the developmental status in infant and cognitive development, self concepts of adopted children through conducting various tests on those children. The subjects of this study were 137 adopted children in Korea.The results of this study were as follows. First, Adopted children under five showed a high percentage of questionable development. Second, the self concepts of the 5~6 years old adopted children showed no significant difference compared with a norm group of the scale. However, the study results showed the self concepts of adopted elementary school children showed even more positive self concepts than a norm group. Third, the adopted children showed higher scores than norm group of the scale of cognitive development.
