국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육시설에서 노인인력 활용 방안을 보육시설종사자들의 인식을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산지역 보육시설종사자 281명을 대상으로 노인에 대한 인식과 노인인력 활용에 대한 인식을 설문조사하여 노인인력 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다.
연구결과 노인에 대한 인식이 긍정적이고 노인인력을 활용한 경험이 많을수록, 노인인력 활용이 아동, 노인 및 보육시설에 미치는 영향에 대해 긍정적 인식을 할수록 보육시설에서 노인인력을 활용할 의사가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 보육시설에서 노인인력을 보다 적극적으로 활용하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

This study purposed to consider how to activate the use of elderly manpower at child care centers through surveying child care center workers’ perception. For this purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 281 child care center workers in Busan on their perception of the elderly and the use of elderly manpower, and analyzed factors affecting the use of elderly manpower.
According to the results of this study, intention to use elderly manpower was higher in those whose perception of the elderly was positive, those who had a lot of experience in the use of elderly manpower, and those who had positive perception for the effect of the use of elderly manpower on children. These results are expected to provide basic materials for promoting the active use of elderly manpower at child care centers.
