실천공동체(Communities of Practice)의 의미와 도덕교육적 함의 = A Study on the Meanings and Implications for Moral Education of Communities of Practice

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is time recent moral education needed an alternative to solve the issue, Knowledge does not lead to practice. This study set out to select communities of practice as an alternative theory from the perspective of learning theories and investigate their implications for moral education. So this study choose communities of practice`s theory as a point of view learning-theories. Communities of practice have implications for moral education in that they value knowledge and knowing as important matters and, at the same time, emphasize them as secondary products of a process of the members co-existing, sharing meanings, building identity, and growing as a personality. The study discussed the theoretical backgrounds of communities of practices and reviewed their meanings to fulfill those objectives, trying to offer some implications of communities of practice for moral education in three aspect.
