발아 녹두 추출물의 항염증 효능 및 염모제 응용

In this study, a research of anti-inflammatory effect and application for cosmetics after extracting of germinated mung bean. Germinated mung bean adapted anti-inflammatory and hairdye develops a cosmetic materials as an abirritant measured by producing nitric oxide(NO) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), stimulated mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells to give lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Germinated mung bean extract was showed high NO constraining effect compared with 250 ㎍/㎖ concentrated mung bean extract, germinated mung bean extract and extracted mung bean sprout extract. As a result, 5-day germinated mung bean extract which was extracted with 1,3-butylene glycol by ultrasonification at room temperature was showed excellent NO production inhibition effect. A hairdye with germinated mung bean extract was showed more stability in a product and the NO constraining effect compared with non-added extract to it. Therefore, germinated mung bean extract is expected to the abirritant and anti-inflammatory agent as the material for cosmetic.
